The spinny-now app (the "App") collects and uses information to provide and improve the game experience. This section describes the types of information we collect and how we use it.

• Coin Balance: The App stores your in-game coin balance using local storage on your device. This information is used to track your progress and allow you to play the game. This data is only stored locally and is not shared with any third parties. You can request deletion of this data by clearing the app's data within your device settings.
• Daily Bonus Timer: The App stores a timestamp using local storage to track when the daily bonus is available. This timer is used to provide the daily bonus functionality. This data is only stored locally and is not shared with any third parties. You can clear this timer by clearing the app's data.
• Bet Amounts: The App stores your currently selected bet amount in local storage, for use within the session.

• Device or Other IDs (IMEI, Advertising ID, Android ID): The Android Advertising ID (GAID) may be collected by Adjust for install attribution and analytics. We also use an anonymous randomly-generated user ID (stored locally) sent to our ad server — it is not tied to any hardware identifier.
• Device Information (Screen Size, User Agent, Platform, Device Memory, Hardware Concurrency, OS Version, Device Model): Collected by our ad server when an ad is requested, and by Adjust for attribution. Used solely for ad serving and analytics. Not sold to third parties.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• In-house ad service (spinny-now.com/getad) — Serves advertisements within the App. Device and browser signals are sent to this server when an ad is requested. See the Advertising section for full details.
• Adjust (Privacy Policy) — Mobile attribution and analytics SDK. Adjust may collect the Android Advertising ID, install referrer, IP address, device model, and OS version to measure app installs and sessions. Data is processed by Adjust GmbH in accordance with their privacy policy.

Log Data

The App does not currently collect or log any user data beyond what is stored locally.

Cookies

The App uses local storage, which functions similarly to cookies, to store game-related data, such as coin balance and bonus timers, on your device. This data is not shared with any third parties.

Service Providers

• ipify.org — Queried once per session to retrieve your device's public IP address for geo-targeting. No data is stored by ipify beyond your request.
• Adjust GmbH — Attribution and analytics SDK embedded in the Android app. Collects Advertising ID, install referrer, IP address, device model, and OS version for measuring installs and sessions. See Adjust's Privacy Policy.

Advertising

The App displays advertisements served by our own ad server (spinny-now.com/getad). These ads help keep the App free. When an ad is requested, the following data is sent to our server:

• A persistent anonymous user ID — randomly generated and stored locally. Never linked to your name or email.
• A per-session ID — resets on each page load.
• Public IP address — fetched via ipify.org for geo-targeting.
• Device signals — user agent string, platform, screen dimensions, viewport size, pixel ratio, color depth, screen orientation, device memory, hardware concurrency, touch support.
• Locale signals — language, timezone, timezone offset.
• Network signals — connection type, effective bandwidth, round-trip time.
• Privacy signals — Do Not Track header value, cookies enabled flag.
• Page context — current page URL, referrer URL, client timestamp.

This data is used solely to serve and measure ads within the App. We do not sell this data to third parties. To request deletion of ad data associated with your user ID, contact us at [email protected].

Additionally, the Android app includes the Adjust SDK which collects the Advertising ID and install referrer to attribute app installs to ad campaigns. You can opt out of personalized attribution by resetting or opting out of your Advertising ID in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads).

Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect the information stored locally on your device. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

The spinny-now app is strictly intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information and terminate the user's access to the App. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [email protected].

Data Retention and Deletion

The data stored locally by the App (coin balance, bonus timers, bet amount) is retained until you clear the App's data within your device settings. This action will permanently delete all locally stored data. You can also uninstall the App to remove this data. Please note that there is no cloud storage or backups associated with this application. If you uninstall the app, your progress will be lost.

User Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have access to it through the app.
• Correct: The game data is dynamically updated as you play.
• Delete: You can delete all locally stored data by clearing the App's data in your device settings or uninstalling the App.

International Data Transfers

Since no user data is transmitted or stored outside of your device, this section is not applicable.

GDPR Compliance

Legal Basis for Processing

When ads are displayed, the App transmits device signals (screen size, user agent, language, timezone, IP address, and an anonymous user ID) to our ad server. The App also uses the Adjust SDK which processes the Advertising ID and device information for install attribution. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in providing a free app supported by advertising and measuring campaign effectiveness. Data Subject Rights

As a user, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

If you believe that our processing of your personal data violates GDPR, you would have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country of residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement.
