Welcome to Spinny Now. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Spinny Now mobile application (the "App") operated by DataWave ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using Spinny Now, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
2. Entertainment Only — No Real-Money Gambling
Spinny Now is a free social casino game intended for entertainment purposes only. The App does not offer real-money gambling, real-money prizes, or any opportunity to win real money or items of real-world value. Virtual coins and items have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash. Success in Spinny Now does not imply success at real-money gambling.
3. License to Use the App
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for personal, non-commercial use on a compatible Android device. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
4. Virtual Items and In-App Purchases
- The App may include virtual currency and items ("Virtual Items") that can be purchased or earned.
- All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or the Google Play refund policy.
- Virtual Items have no cash value and cannot be transferred outside the App.
- We may modify, manage, or discontinue Virtual Items at any time without liability.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Exploit bugs, cheat, use bots or automated tools, or interfere with the App's operation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, servers, or systems.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or our staff.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations.
6. Advertising
The App is supported by advertising, including rewarded and interstitial ads. By using the App, you agree to view ads as part of the experience. Ads are provided by third-party networks whose content we do not control.
7. Intellectual Property
All content in the App — including graphics, audio, code, and trademarks — is owned by DataWave or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in our intellectual property other than the limited license above.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataWave and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms take effect when posted. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DataWave is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
